How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Express options may be available at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Orders may qualify for free shipping — check our current promotions.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at our support email with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. If you'd like a different size or colour, reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart before ordering.
Do your items run true to size?
Most JIDAI pieces are true to size. Where a fit is intentionally oversized or slim, this is noted in the product description.
What if I'm between sizes?
We recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or sizing down for a more tailored look. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and other methods available at checkout depending on your region.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted payment system. We never store your card details.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Prices are displayed in EUR. Your bank or payment provider may apply a conversion rate if your account is in a different currency.
Order Tracking
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your parcel's journey in real time.
My tracking hasn't updated — what should I do?
Tracking can sometimes take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. If it hasn't moved after 5 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate.
I haven't received my order — what now?
If your estimated delivery window has passed, reach out to us with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
Product Care
How should I care for my JIDAI pieces?
Care instructions are printed on the label of each garment. As a general rule, we recommend cold machine wash or hand wash for most items, and air drying to preserve shape and colour.
Can I tumble dry my clothes?
We advise against tumble drying unless the label specifically states it's safe. Heat can damage fabrics and affect the fit of your garment.
How do I store my clothes properly?
Store garments in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Hang structured pieces like blazers and jackets to maintain their shape.
