Where We Ship We ship worldwide — no matter where you are, we've got you covered.
Shipping Cost We offer free standard shipping with no minimum order value to the destinations we serve. Paid express shipping is available for eligible orders to the United States. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times Our products are shipped from our fulfillment partner. Estimated transit times after dispatch are listed below and are in addition to the processing time stated above:
- European Union and Norway — Free Standard Shipping: 12–25 business days.
- United States — Free Standard Shipping: 15–30 business days.
- United States — Express Shipping: 8–15 business days, where available for your order. Charges are shown at checkout.
- Other supported destinations — Free Standard Shipping: 15–30 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays. International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause additional delays beyond our control.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Customs & Duties Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our free shipping offer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
