Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

Seat/Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your seat, keeping the tape horizontal.

Inseam: Measure from the crotch to the ankle along the inside of your leg.

Shoulders: Measure from shoulder point to shoulder point across the back.
